How long does shipping normally take?

Delivery can take between 1 and 14 business days to arrive. This depends on things such as: your supplier's location, the number of suppliers you're ordering from, when you order and the type of good you’re ordering. You will get an approximate delivery date and order summary before you pay, allowing you to decide if the order matches your shipping requirements.


My order has just arrived incorrectly and damaged, what happens now?

Rara Supply guarantees all customers a 100% refund for every incorrect or damaged item in their order, as long as clear images of the orders arrival and discrepancies are emailed to your company assistant within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear images of the delivery and your company assistant will take care of everything from there. Depending on your preference and your supplier, your company assistant will be able to arrange a refund or replacement of all incorrectly ordered goods or damaged goods. When I order, do I need to select ingredients from one vendor only before I place another order?

Absolutely not! To give our customers the best and most efficient way of ordering their business supplies, our site has been configured to enable customers the ability to order as many products as they wish, from as many suppliers as they want.


How do I start buying on Rara?

How do I pay for orders?

We have an integrated stripe payment system that enables you to pay for orders with most debit and credit cards, to include mastercard and american express. 


We aren't open yet. Can I still order?

Of course you can. As long as your happy to purchase according to our seller's minimum order requirments.
